Adam Eisner started playing golf at the age of 10 in
his home country of England. Learning the game from Alex Lyle
and Sir Henry Cotton. Adam sees all golfers as individuals
of various abililty and flexability and therefore always teaches
the player and not a "method". After 18 years teaching
experience as a Head Professional in Germany and Austria Adam
joined Peacock Gap & Country Club after its extensive
course renovation in 2007.

instructor. Val's philosophy is to define a player's physical
ability and stature and develop the most efficient way of
producing a consistent swing to help the player reach their
goals. "As an instructor or coach, it is important to
understand how a player learns and communicates. If this can
be defined, the learning and developmental process is quick
to obtain. Val was recently bestowed the honor by his peers
as the Northern California PGA Club fitter of the year and
was nominated as Teacher of the year.

An LPGA Class A Teaching Professional, Susan Young began
her career in the sport focusing on the particular needs of
women golfers - both new golfers and executive women who need
to develop skills in golf for career enhancement. A full time
instructor since 1990, and current Director of Instruction
at Peacock Gap GC, Susan spent her early years training under
some of the finest teachers in the industry. Susan has been
a 11 year member of the Executive Women's Golf Association
and helped to develop the Sonoma/Marin Chapter. She is also
a member of the California Golf Writers Association and the
Golf Writers Association of America. Susan has written golf
articles for ABC Television and Wayne Freedman's Golf Addiction.

Ray Leach — PGA APPRENTICE

Ray Leach a PGA Apprentice and former member/player of
the PGA Tour. A native a Marin County, Ray was an outstanding
junior player that led him to a career in golf. A graduate
of BYU, Ray was named to four All-American Teams. Currently
holds the NCAA record for tournaments won, 18. Meadow Club
course record of 60. Ray has sought the expert advice of many
of the Worlds Top Instructors in helping formulate his simplistic
approach to any golfer at any level with any level they desire.
Currently a full time instructor at Peacock Golf Club, Ray
is also reestablishing his competitive position as a PGA Champions
Tour Player.

Marsha O'Neill — CLASS B LPGA PROFESSIONAL

Marsha O'Neill has competed successfully as an amateur
in both tennis and golf at the local, state and national levels.
Formally a member of Peacock Gap Golf & Country Club,
she served as ladies team Captain and was a multiple-time
Club Champion. Marsha entered the golf business in 1993 and
became a member of the LPGA Teaching and Club Professional
Division in 2000. Having received her B.A. degree and Secondary
School Teaching Credential at San Francisco State College,
Marsha enjoyed a 20 year teaching career in physical education,
including coaching high school team and individual sports.
All our teaching staff are avaliable for lessons
on the driving range or
